1. The service
PROSA provides a reader for RSS feeds and publicly available article metadata, together with recommendations, search, saving, following, and related features. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure and for the activity performed through your account. Information supplied to us must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Publisher content
Articles, images, logos, trademarks, and other material shown through a feed belong to their respective publishers or licensors. PROSA does not claim ownership of that material. Follow the publisher's terms and use links to the original article where provided.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use PROSA to break the law, bypass access controls, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, scrape the service at an unreasonable rate, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another user's account or data.
5. Recommendations and availability
Recommendations are generated from feed metadata and reading signals and are not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or endorsement. Feeds can change, disappear, or become unavailable. We may pause, modify, or discontinue features, including during development and maintenance.
6. Third-party services
PROSA may link to or rely on third-party websites, identity providers, hosting services, and publisher feeds. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
7. Intellectual property
The PROSA name, application, website, design, and original code are owned by PROSA or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are transferred to you. If you believe material displayed through PROSA infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant URL and explanation.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using PROSA or request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PROSA is provided on an “as available” basis during development. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every feed, article, recommendation, or extraction will be complete or accurate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. We will publish the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
